We are AdventureBliss Travel and are excited to assist you with your travel plans. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
AdventureBliss Travel ("Company") agrees to provide the following travel services to the Client:
a. Booking Requirements: The Client must provide accurate and complete information for bookings, including full names, travel dates, preferences, and any special requirements.
b. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the Company for services rendered. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment plans, and final payment deadlines, will be detailed in a separate invoice or agreement.
c. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain deposits and fees may be non-refundable. Clients will be informed of such fees before booking confirmation.
d. Failure to Pay: Failure to make payments by the agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of bookings, forfeiture of deposits, and additional cancellation penalties.
a. Client Cancellations: The Client acknowledges that cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation policies are determined by the travel providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and will be outlined in a separate document provided to the Client. The Company is not responsible for refunds beyond what is offered by the travel providers.
b. Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions, supplier insolvency). The Client will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds (if available) will be offered.
c. Supplier & Third-Party Policies: Refunds and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel providers. The Company is not liable for any losses or fees due to changes in these policies.
a. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, vaccination records) and that all personal information is accurate. The Company is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or other travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Travel Insurance Recommendation: The Company strongly recommends that the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any financial losses, medical emergencies, injuries, delays, or damages incurred during travel.

b. Company Liability Limitation: AdventureBliss Travel acts only as an agent for third-party travel providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation companies, etc.). The Company is not responsible for:
c. Indemnification: The Client agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their travel experience, including but not limited to issues related to airline cancellations, hotel closures, itinerary changes, or other supplier-related incidents.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement. The Company will not share the Client’s personal or payment information except as necessary to facilitate travel arrangements.
a. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
b. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Florida, as permitted by law.
a. Modifications: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
b. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
c. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Travel Services Agreement as of the Effective Date.
